Announcement: Nature Footprint Seminar (March 13, 2026)
2026.02.16

As more companies commit to natural capital disclosure in line with the TNFD (Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures), the industry faces a shared challenge: how to move from commitment to credible, quantitative measurement.
To address this, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is gaining significant traction as a powerful methodology for evaluating environmental impacts across the entire value chain.
Having long spearheaded the development of "LIME"—Japan’s leading impact assessment method—our team has now pioneered a new indicator specifically focused on nature and biodiversity: the "Nature Footprint." This project was developed and validated with the support of the Cabinet Office’s BRIDGE project.
In this upcoming seminar, we will showcase the outcomes of this initiative, including detailed evaluation methodologies and real-world case studies from Japanese industry leaders. We invite professionals interested in natural capital assessment, ESG disclosure, and sustainable finance to join this essential discussion.
